1. Professional services
Orthodontic treatment fees and payment plans are presented after the complimentary initial examination and consultation. Because treatment is planned individually, fees depend on the case.
2. Complimentary examination
The initial examination is offered at no charge. Scheduling that exam does not create an obligation to begin treatment.
3. Treatment fees
Once treatment begins, fees follow the signed financial agreement. Insurance is a benefit and estimates are not a guarantee of payment. If coverage changes or ends during treatment, the responsible party remains financially responsible for all fees.
