Thank you for visiting the website of Dr. James A. Carley, where he provides orthodontic services for the Pontiac and surrounding Central Illinois area. Dr. Carley is a licensed specialist in orthodontics.
He has a General Dentistry Degree from a 4 year accredited dental school and an Orthodontic Specialty Degree from a 2 year residency at an accredited orthodontic school.
The word orthodontic comes from two Greek words, "Ortho" means right or correct and "Dons" means tooth; therefore, Orthodontic Treatment provides "Corrected Teeth"
We provide comprehensive orthodontic services focusing on the highest quality care in a comfortable environment. There will be full communication and education, in understandable terms, of both patient and parents.
For all adults, adolescents, and children, we offer a free initial examination. This examination is designed to evaluate: Number of teeth, tooth alignment, bite, lips, tongue, cheeks, and skeletal profile. The assessment will then be presented in understandable terms.
We realize each patient has different needs. A treatment plan is designed for each case. Our office will provide this service in a courteous and timely fashion. It is important to start orthodontic treatment at the appropriate time in each case in order to minimize the time appliances are worn.
